Instructions for Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Please follow the instructions below to return the item.
1. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Call 1-858-677-0718 or email request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returned merchandise without an RMA number.
We accept returns within 45 days of the date of purchase.
All Returns/Exchanges must be in new condition and include all original manufacturers packaging.
Returns/Exchanges must be received by Wholesale MX within 15 days of the RMA issue date. Wholesale MX is not responsible for any damage or loss of returned packages and we suggest that you insure the returned package through the carrier. Always insure your return package for the full retail value of the item and obtain a tracking number from your chosen shipper. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds on damaged items; damaged items will be returned to the customer via ground shipping.
If the purchased product issue eligible for a refund, the refund payment process will be as follows:
• Payment by credit, the card used for payment will be credited back the amount of the purchase.
• Payment by PayPal, the refund will be issued back to the PayPal account used.
4. Return Shipping Methods
Please do not return any items via COD, our shipping department cannot accept COD returns.
5. Return/Exchange Shipping Costs
Return/Exchange shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. (unless the mistake is on our
part, then you will be reimbursed ground shipping costs only or sent a call tag.)
6. Return Address

Non – Returnable Items
Close outs, Discontinued, used, or worn items are not eligible for return or refund.
